2 Rooms for CF in Ballston/Virginia Square
Hi ladies!
I've applied to rent a great townhouse 2 blocks from the Virginia Square metro and I need two ladies to fill the other two rooms.
Medium Room - $1,000/month + $1,000 deposit
Small Room - $975/month + $1,000 deposit.
Two blocks from Virginia Square metro, overlooks Quincy Park, driveway parking which fits 4 cards, huge fenced in back yard, tons of restaurants and coffee shops walking distance, street parking, laundry on site.
I am 32, an interior designer and work for an architecture firm in Old Town. I do have two small 10 year old bichonpoo dogs who will be living at the house, so must love dogs. Sorry no more pets. I'm looking for some clean, chill girls.
Year lease which starts May 1.
