Four single, professional women (mid-20, 30’s) are looking for one woman to rent basement-level bedroom and share a bathroom with one other housemate in their beautiful townhouse in Arlington. Move-in date is starting June 1st.
TOWN HOUSE is about five years old and gorgeous! There are four floors, three and a half bathrooms, a large kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, washer, dryer, access to fitness room, underground parking, an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, a concierge that receives packages, and 24-hour maintenance. We are a 9-minute walk from the Courthouse and Clarendon metros, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, numerous restaurants, and the shops in Clarendon.
BASEMENT-LEVEL BEDROOM has shared access to bathroom with shower/tub, tiled floor, and granite counter (sharing with one other housemate on the same level) and access to additional storage closet, and this room has a window.
RENT AND UTILTIES
The rent is $994 per month, plus approx. $60 for utilities (gas, electric, water, trash pickup), internet, and housecleaning services. Underground parking is an additional $123/month (optional), and street parking is limited and available on a first come first served basis.
LEASE: The lease is up at the end of August, with the option to resign.
