Lease Takeover Arlington, VA ASAP
Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment available for lease takeover ASAP. I recently have taken a new job in Fredericksburg VA and had to move. There is a full bath, kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, 787sq. ft. It is not furnished. Great community with friendly neighbors, families, elders, and young professionals. There is a grocery store within walking distance and a park. Animals are allowed with a fee. Plenty of parking next to the apartments as well as a parking deck. Amenities include gym, 24 hour business center, pool, free shuttle that runs every 15 minutes to the Metro Center Metro Station and more! Utilities are between $60-70 a month. Application fee is $60 and administration fee is $500. This lease was running a special when I bought it. Original prices are $1,724 -to $2,749. Up to 5 people can live in the apartment to split costs. There is no security deposit. Lease ends in August of 2018 but can easily be renewed.
