hi friends, I am sub-leasing my room on a month to month basis starting Apr. 1. Likely the room will be available for a full year lease after Apr. The house is super cute, and rent is a steal. It’s a two person row house near Potomac Ave metro. Quiet street behind a school around the corner from grocery and two blocks from metro. You'd have 1 roommate, awesome person - she’s a CF in early thirties working at state.
