BR/BA available now for a professional female in a beautiful and elegant East Falls Church home. 

Location: Right off Rt. 50 in the Seven Corners area, two miles from East Falls Church metro/Rt.66, and a few miles inside the Beltway. Commuting buses are available at Rt. 50 and they go to Ballston and EFC metros. Having a car at this location is also really helpful.

Upstairs bedroom is 16’x15’, has three large windows, ceiling fan, hardwood floors, and a walk in closet. Bath is private but would be shared if we have a guest in the guest room.  A 14'x10' downstairs bedroom with walk in closet and private bath is also available. 

The house is furnished, so you only need BR furniture. Two cats already in residence (no more pets, please); easy driveway parking, peaceful and safe neighborhood. 

Rent is $900 OBO including utilities and biweekly cleaning service. Security deposit is required. Month to month lease.
