Looking for DC Housing

CM twenty-something seeking housing around (preferably within) DC. I work for an international non-profit based out of the midwest and would like to move to DC out of both work and personal interests. I'm quite a clean, chill person and am flexible on housing arrangements.  I lived on 14th St. SE the past two summers for internships on the Hill and State Department and loved the area, as well as attending Barracks Row. PM or comment if you have any suggestions or friends of friends who have a spot!

    Hi- we are renting our english basement for $900 plus utilities. We live east of the river in a quiet neighborhood close to two metros but we also have a car.
