TOWN HOUSE is about six years old and gorgeous! There are four floors, three and a half bathrooms, a large kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, washer, dryer, access to fitness room, underground parking, an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, a concierge that receives packages, and 24-hour maintenance. We are a 7-8 minute walk from the Courthouse metro and 12 minutes from the Clarendon metro, and less than 10 minutes to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, numerous restaurants, and the shops in Clarendon. BASEMENT-LEVEL BEDROOM has private garage entrance, two closets, including a huge walk-in closet, shared access to bathroom with shower/tub, tiled floor, and granite counter (sharing with one other housemate on the same level). RENT AND UTILTIES The rent is $990 per month, plus approx. $110 for utilities (gas, electric, water, trash pickup), internet, and housecleaning services.
