$953 Cozy 1 Br in 3 Br Capitol Hill Row House (Eastern Market)
One bedroom available in three bedroom spacious Capitol Hill row house. The available bedroom has been fully renovated, complete with marble flooring. It is a south facing room, getting plenty of natural light in the morning and afternoon. It has two closets running the expanse of one wall, and fits a double bed (pictured) with room for shelving and a small dresser. The occupant will share one full bath with another roommate. Rent does not include utilities, although utilities are all split three ways.
The row house apartment is located just off of Lincoln Park. It has two floors: the first floor contains the sitting, living, and dining rooms as well as kitchen, laundry, and half bath. All of the bedrooms are located downstairs, in the fully renovated basement. There is also a back deck complete with a finished, fenced-in backyard.
The row house is located 0.25 mi (under 5 min) walk to the historic Eastern Market (open 6 days a week), which also has a variety of restaurants and cafes and the newly opened Capitol Hill Trader Joe's. The row house is about a 0.5 mi (under 10 min) walk from the Eastern Market metro station (Orange/Blue/Silver) and Barrack's Row, which also has a variety of restaurants.
