Male Roomate Needed May 1 $1150 (Clarendon - Arlington)

Looking for a Male Roomate - Late 20s or early 30s (May 1) to sign a year lease.  Rent is $1150 plus utilities.  The house is 2 stories with a room in the attic and a basement.  The room for rent is located on the second level.  The house is a great location and close to the metro!
Amenities: All New Appliances - Big basement w/ washer and dryer, Dishwasher, Fireplace, 2 Full Baths (upstairs bathroom has two large sinks), Big Deck, Large Back Yard for Grilling, Driveway including FREE street parking. 

We also have a cleaning lady that comes twice a month - included!
