CF seeking CF roommate for private bedroom in Furnished House

Looking for female roommate in late 20's or older for one unfurnished bedroom on first floor of furnished house with shared bathroom. Located in Pentagon City area- walking distance to metro and bus stops. Utilities average about $100 a month- not included in rent. Lots of on and off street parking. In house washer and dryer, large backyard and front porch. One roommate has 2 cats- so pets taken on a case by case basis. Lease begins in June.
