$470 - Stadium Armory Shared Room for CF
The House: Beautifully renovated two floor row house two blocks from Stadium-Armory Metro and on the 96 bus line. Four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, large open floor plan 1st floor with two living rooms, dining room and kitchen. Covered front porch and spacious wood deck in back along with two parking spots.
The Girls: We are a community of six Christian women. The house is focused on community and hospitality. We work in a variety of fields: Capitol Hill, real estate, non-profits, and academia. Our age range is 23-39. We host lots of community events including an Easter lunch and Thanksgiving meal that often has over 100 guests. We also do house prayer every Sunday night.
The Room: The second largest bedroom in the house is shared with a Catholic University PhD student. The room has a large double door closet. The girls in this bedroom share the hall bathroom with two other girls. The room is available March 1st or potentially earlier if needed.
