We are looking for a CF to rent basement bedroom and private bath in a modern, spacious updated townhouse! Mid-level has large kitchen, dining room, and living area.
The townhouse is located near Reston Town Center within walking distance to grocery store and Starbucks! The townhouse backs to Reston Trail where one can jump on and either ride bikes or jog. It is in walking distance to a ton of restaurants and shops, and it’s also a quick walk to end of street where the bus which goes directly to Silver Line Metro.
The lease could begin June 1! Rent is $795 and includes house cleaning services. Rent is divided between three people and include cable/internet and electric/water/gas and are on average $88/mo. Storage is available in kitchen and storage closet. (Sorry, no pets)
