Seeking CF Roommate- $700 Crystal City/Pentagon City
-Unfurnished bedroom with shared Bathroom
-Lots of street parking- as well as a shared driveway
-Lots of storage
-10 min walk to Pentagon City Metro and 15 min Walk to Crystal City Metro
-Easy access to the Beltway and 66
-Walking distance to Crystal City and lots of wonderful bars and restaurants as well as the Pentagon City Mall
-Bus Route 2 blocks away
-Guest den
-shared bathroom with one other female roommate
-Large Backyard with back deck
-large front porch
-In-House washing and dryer
-AC and Radiant Heat
-Dishwasher
The house currently has 3 female roommates. One is a grad student, the other two work for non-profits in the area. Looking for a responsible female roommate for unfurnished bedroom with shared bathroom in lovely furnished house. House comes with 2 cats. Obviously, no drugs, no heavy drinking.
