Room Available in charming Dunn Loring, VA
Hello all,
I am currently looking to rent out a room in Dunn Loring Merrifield, Vienna available November 1st. It is $675 a month plus utilities. You will have your own room and share a bathroom. It is a three bedroom apartment and the other girl and I are looking for a nice and easy going responsible person to join us. The apartment is very spacious and there is laundry in the building. The place is pet friendly, has an exercise room, an outdoor swimming pool, a sand volleyball court, a basketball court and a tennis court. Walking distance to the metro and also to the charming Mosaic District. There are many restaurants and bars close by as well and even a movie theater. Grocery stores and a target are also within walking distance. I don't have a car and I can pretty much get anything I need by walking or metro.
