Bedroom in Navy Yard rowhouse available immediately, parking available
We have one bedroom open in our rowhouse. The house is updated and comfortable. There is a backyard with some garden space, a big second-story deck with a view of Nats stadium fireworks, 2 full bathrooms, a parking pad out back, a five burner gas stove, and more.
Our location is hard to beat: 3 blocks to Harris Teeter, 4 blocks to Yards Park, 4 blocks to Bluejacket Brewery, CVS, starbucks, Philz coffee, and much more just a few minutes' walk from our front door. We're also only about 10 - 15 minutes from Eastern Market and Barrack's Row and all the amenities there. We're about 4 blocks from the green line metro stop at Navy Yard and a 10 -15 minute walk to either Eastern Market or Capitol South if you want the blue/orange/silver line(s).
Rent is $1125+utilities (which haven't been too bad so far). $25 extra for the parking space. Fios internet, laundry in the house. The location alone is worth the rent at this place, but it's also just a really nice house.
