Silver Spring Condo for CM Available Immediately
Looking for one or two male roommates to share a 894 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath, FULLY FURNISHED condo. Looking for responsible individuals who will take good care of the home. Once a month clean service is included. Condo is conveniently located ten minutes from both the Rockville and Glenmont Metro Stations. Area is very safe, on the Rockville/Silver Spring line. There are 2 Grocery stores within a 6 minute drive. Bus lines are within walking distance. Kitchen appliances are nearly new. Washer and dryer are located in the condo. All utilities are included as well as internet. Cable calculated separately. Cost is $1,400 per month for two individuals ($700/person/month) or $1,500 per month for three individuals ($500/person/month). On-site parking is free.
