Nice, newly renovated large, sunny 2-level townhouse 1 1/2 bath apartment has a room available for a CM.
Location: near Columbia Heights metro, 14th St. bus lines, bike share and Target and Giant.
Guys: The two guys that live there are both in their mid-twenties from the midwest. One is a Hill guy and the other a GT grad student.
Room: Sunny, south facing. Room is currently furnished with a full sized bed and carpet. Large closet.
Apartment: Central A/C and heat. Energy efficient appliances. Laundry closet with washer/dryer. Large dining/living room and additional study room.
Parking: Shared parking is available.
Rent: $1,100 + util. Low deposit.
