CF Wanted - Room Available March 1st in Gorgeous Reston Condo - $655/month
Hello!
We are looking for a young professional Christian lady to take the place of our current third roommate who will sadly be leaving us. We have a beautiful spacious condo in Reston near the Reston Golf Course, very close to Reston Town Center and Wiehle Metro. One roommate does have a wonderful cat named Piper, so keep that in mind. Here is some info on the place:
You'll have your own private room with large closet, and share a bathroom with one other girl.
Rent is $655 per month, plus utilities. We are responsible for just internet and electric. We don't have cable, we rely on streaming services if we want to watch shows/movies. Utilities usually come out to $35-$55 per person depending on the season.
Ample parking available.
Room is unfurnished, but the rest of the condo is fully furnished.
Includes washer/dryer, gas stove, gas oven, lots of storage space, small balcony.
