CM Private Room in Ballston, Alrington - Sublet till June - $1055/month
I am looking for a male to take over my lease for a private room in a two bedroom two bath apartment at the Madison at Ballston Station apartments. The lease runs from now until June 9, 2018.

Plenty of natural light (but blinds that work well)

Free coffee machine in lobby

Underground parking
Short walk to Ballston Metro Station, also a bus that picks up just outside
Clubroom, Office, & Pool
Details:
Rent is $1055/month
Utilities tend to run around $100/person (including internet and TV)
Lease runs until June 8th, 2018. Possible to renew lease, coordinate with roommate.
Roommate is nice & quiet 29yo male, goes to NCC Ballston
