This is a charming upgraded house with a large backyard, in a historic neighborhood called Aurora Highlands, located within 10-15 minute walk to Crystal City or 15-20 minutes to Pentagon City Mall/Metro. Shuttle to Pentagon is available as well. Conveniently located by popular biking and running trails, including Mt. Vernon Trail and Four Mile Run. Really beautiful in spring and summer! You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person. Two other roommates are CF in their 20's, both active military. Utilities usually run around $100-$200, depending on the time of year.
