$675 Capitol Hill bedroom; 1 block from Union Station; minutes walk to Capitol Hill

One of our roommates, as much as we love him, bit the bullet and is getting married, so the illustrious E Street House is looking to fill his bedroom.

The room is on the smaller end - hence the $675 price tag - but the home is big league and is home to some great guys, good furniture, and lots of historic charm (not to mention lots of commons space). Utilities are extra -- about $100 more a month, which includes cable, water, electricity, and internet.

PROS:
- It's located on E Street NE
- A block away from Union Station
- 3 blocks from H Street
- Short walk to the bars and restaurants on H St, Barracks Row, and Capitol Hill
- Giant and the new Whole Foods are both a ten minute walk away
- The Senate is literally our backyard and is a 5 minute walk away, and the House is about a 10/15 minute walk.
- Washer/Dryer in basement
- Front and back patio to use on warm days - or for whenever.

CONS:
- None, duh. See below:

A little bit about your future roommates -- One is Hill Staffer and part-time graduate student at Georgetown (great political discussion and even better sarcasm), one is a District Attorney for the DC circuit court (so you'll always feel safe, unless you're a criminal), and one barista at a local coffeeshop (so you'll always be caffeinated).

We also all have our own schedules and keep fairly busy but like to break open some bourbon and cigars in the backyard on warm evenings, and lounge around watching sports on the weekends. Believe me, many people are saying we're great.

Also, we're a bipartisan household and love differing opinions, but at the end of the day, we never let that get in the way of our friendships and faith.
