Transitional Housing Available for CM (CAPITOL HILL/H STREET)
The larger bedroom of a 2br unit on 15 and E NE is available end of December or beginning of January. The room is furnished with a mattress, box spring, dresser, and desk. The room has its own ac/heat controls, some great natural light, and good closet space.
The common area has a newly renovated kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, 50in 4k smart tv, and couch.
In general, this is a very open and flexible situation being at $1050 month to month, just let me know how long you're interested in staying. Water, internet, and gas are included so all you pay for is electricity which is split between you and the other bedroom.
I'd love to talk to you more about the room, neighborhood, and what you're looking for.
The unit is super close to H street (Maketto, Bullfrog Bagels, Chick fil a, etc) and not too far from Blue/Orange/Silver Metro lines (Stadium Armory)
