Private, furnished room on the Hill for CM; $620/mo.
Private, furnished room available for a Christian male, for temporary rent from January 6 – April 8th (or portions of this, negotiable).
Our house is on the Hill, just a block from Stanton Park (6th and D, NE), and is an intentional community of six Christian guys (you'd be one of six). Most of the guys work on the Hill, and are in their late 20s or early 30s.
Ideally, I'd like to rent the room for the full 3 months; the cost is $620/month plus utilities which are shared amongst all. I can be flexible with the start and end dates by a few days, and might be open to shorter terms of use... negotiable.
The ideal candidate would be:
- Christian male
- Willing and interested in living in community
- 21 or over
More details follow:
- Furnished room (queen size bed, desk, closet, dresser) to yourself on second floor, with a balcony
- Shared bathroom and common areas
