Furnished Housing Available for CM (CAPITOL HILL/H Street)
The larger bedroom of a 2br unit on 15 and E NE is becoming available in January. The room is furnished with a mattress, box spring, dresser, and desk. The room has its own quiet ac/heat controls, some great natural light, and decent closet space.
The common area has a kitchen that underwent a total renovation this summer, 50in smart tv, couch, and washer/dryer in unit.
In general, this is a very open and flexible situation being at $1100 month to month, just let me know how long you're interested in staying. Water, internet, and gas are included so all you pay for is electricity which is split between you and the other bedroom.

The unit is super close to H street (Maketto, Bullfrog Bagels, Chick fil a, etc) and not too far from Blue/Orange/Silver Metro lines (Stadium Armory)
