Common areas to the condo include a dining room, living room, bathroom, walk-in living room closet (in case you need more storage) and kitchen. The living room and dining room are furnished.
The 2 bedroom condo is located at 4600 Duke Street, Alexandria, VA 22304 within walking distance to Harris Teeter, Aldi, Wells Fargo, Chipotle, Cava, Rite Aid, Papa Johns, Subway, the Alexandria Library, Ben Brennan Park.
A bus line to the Pentagon metro stops across the street from the condominium, and another by line goes to King Street metro in front of the building. Another line stops in front to take you to the Van Dorn metro. Bus lines are AT8, 29K, and 8Z.
All utilities are included, and high speed internet/cable is $45 per month and includes HBO. (HBO included until June.
