Free rent in exchange for babysitting and light housekeeping, Columbia Heights DC - basement apt
My husband and I are looking for a caretaker/nanny (open to professionals and/or mature and trustworthy college student who can handle toddlers) to care for our 19-month-old son for 10-15 hours per week (2 nights per week; Friday or Saturday night and 1 weeknight). We also need help with light housekeeping. Our son is in daycare during the day, M-F, so we primarily need care in the evenings on the days specified.
In exchange, we will provide free rent to our fully furnished basement/in-law suite. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, dining/living and full kitchen. There is ample closet space and a washer/dryer in the unit. We are located 2 blocks from the Georgia Avenue Metro stop, close to grocery stores and shopping. (High walking score area.)
