Falls Church Room $700/mo for CF
Hello! I recently moved out of my house in Falls Church and I am currently looking for someone to replace me. The house is located along Arlington Boulevard and has great access to I-495, as well as Mosaic District, Downtown Falls Church and Seven Corners. The two girls who live there now are both in their twenties and are working professional women.
The rent would be $700/month plus utilities (that you would split three ways with the other two girls.) Ideally, you would sign a year lease starting 12/1 (a six month lease is also available depending on your circumstances).
