CM - Room Available in Arlington - Short Walk To East Falls Church Metro - $771/Month

We have a room available for immediate move-in in our large group house that is 0.4 miles from the East Falls Church metro. You would be living with 5 other Christian guys (4 young professionals, 1 graduate student) in their 20s who are all pretty involved in the Arlington community.

Here's some info you want to know:
House: 6-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath newly renovated, fully furnished (apart from your room of course), outdoor patio/grill and fire pit
Rent: $771/month
Security Deposit: $785
Parking: Street parking (we have an extra permit available)
Utilities: Around $75/month
No smoking, pets are ok
Washer/dryer in basement

You do not need to be on the lease. Our current lease runs through April 2017, at which point it is currently unclear whether the landlords will look to renew or move back in.
