[Available Dec 1 ] Seeking CF off of H Street--$730 rent

Hello! 

We are looking for a CF housemate to join our lovely home December 1st!  Details are below.

About the home:
We are in a great location, off of 9th Street and H Street NE.  It is a very spacious home with 3 1/2 baths, large kitchen and a parking space in the back.  We have a variety of restaurants nearby...including being just a couple blocks away from Whole Foods & the Wydown!  The room is a spacious, shared space in the basement and is going for $730 (+ utilities).  You would be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate. 

About the Roommates:
We are four Christian women in our 20s.  We value community, often bake/cook together and plan occasional cabin weekend getaways.  We are also a home that loves to host.  Whether it is a small group, bonfire or dinner parties, we love inviting people in our home.  

If you know of any friends or friends of friends that are looking for a room on the Hill who want to build community and invest in this sweet house, feel free to message us.
