Seeking CM Roommate in The Tenleytown/ Friendship Heights/ Cathedral Heights Area & BEYOND

I'm a student at American University finishing my final year and looking to sign on to a lease at the beginning of next year with another CM. I'm a busy student so not always around, but I value cleanliness, privacy, and peace. I prefer a place around the Tenleytown area but am open!
