Falls Church Room Available! $700 (CF)

Hello! We are looking to find a CF to rent the third bedroom in our small house in Falls Church with me and another amazing girl. Our house is in a great location along Arlington Boulevard, with Mosaic District, Seven Corners and East Falls Church Metro all nearby. We also have great access to I-495 and downtown Falls Church is only 2 miles away. The rent would be $700/mo plus utilities (which is split amongst us three). Please contact me if you would like to set up a time to come see the place and get to know the girls you would be living with!
