$700 CF Room Available Falls Church

Hello! One of my roommates is moving out at the end of October and I would love to find a CF to fill her spot in our small house in Falls Church with me and other amazing girl. Our house is in a great location along Arlington Boulevard, with Mosaic District, Seven Corners and East Falls Church Metro all nearby. We also have great access to I-495 and downtown Falls Church is only 2 miles away. The rent would be $700/mo plus utilities (which is split amongst us three). Ideally, you would sign a year lease starting 11/1 (A 6 month lease term is also an option, depending on your situation). Please contact me if you would like to set up a time to come see the place and get to know the girls you would be living with!
