CF Wanted: Furnished Basement apartment $1000

My three roommates and I (two of us are NCC Barracks Row members) are looking for a fourth roommate to fill out our four bedroom house on November 1. The bedroom is in the basement and it comes furnished (it can be unfurnished if that's what you need)! You get a bedroom, your own bathroom, and a living area with a makeshift kitchen. The rent is $1000 plus utilities, which average about $80 per month. The house is located on 17th and D St. close to H street and the metro. Please contact me at saraheanderson.1991@gmail.com.
