Deploying service member looking for someone to sublet 1 br apartment Mar-Nov 2017 in Arlington

I'm deploying and hoping to find someone to live in my apartment while I'm gone. It's a nice 1 br (about 800 sq ft) on the second floor of a garden style complex on Glebe Road near i395. Free bus to Pentagon City metro and free parking. Two pools, free gym onsite. Balcony. Great community. Asking reduced rate of $1400 but that's negotiable.
