Roommate Needed Nov 1st
Hi All,
I have one private bedroom (w/ walk-in closet) and private bath (w/ sink, toilet and shower) available within a 2 bedroom/2 bath luxury apartment located within the heart of Courthouse Arlington. Only a two block walk to the Courthouse metro stop! The room is very large and additional shelved closet. Washer and dryer in unit, along with balcony on 14th floor apartment. Other amenities listed below. Open to short or long term lease. Current roommate has a 90 day deployment and looking to fill his room for that time.
The apartment is shared with one other 27 y/o young professional male who is friendly, non-smoking, easygoing, and loves sports. This is a sublease, but we can discuss a larger window of stay if necessary.
You'll be subletting on the current lease. Utilities (electric, cable, gas) are split evenly between the 2 rooms and usually comes to ~$100/mo per person. No security deposit necessary, no move-in or elevator fees. If parking space is required, an assigned spot is an extra $75/mo. I am happy to show you the apartment and answer any questions that you may have.
