Falls Church Room Available for CF 11/1 for $700/mo

Hello! I'm moving out at the end of October and I would love to find a CF to fill my spot in our small house in Falls Church with two other amazing girls. Our house is in a great location along Arlington Boulevard, with Mosaic District, Seven Corners and East Falls Church Metro all nearby. We also have great access to I-495 and downtown Falls Church is only 2 miles away. The rent would be $700/mo plus utilities. Ideally, you would sign a year lease starting 11/1 (A 6 month lease term is also an option, depending on your situation). Please contact me if you would like to set up a time to come see the place and get to know the girls you would be living with!
