Home for rent in Trinidad ($2200/mo + utils 4br 1.5ba)
We are former NCCers renting our old house in Trinidad. It's located about 3/4 of a block east of Gallaudet, about a 10-15 minute walk to Union Market, H St. and the New York Ave Metro.
It has 3 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, 1 bedroom and half bath on the first floor. Washer/dryer and central heat/air conditioning.
It was renovated in 2004. In 2015 the upstairs carpet was replaced, wood floors refinished, interior re-painted and shower tile was replaced.
