Bedroom Available for CF on October 1st, $770
2 CFs are looking to find a 3rd roommate for our new house on Capitol Hill beginning September 30th. The house itself has an open floor plan, with a spacious living and dining room, lovely kitchen, spiral staircase and two wood burning fireplaces. It is a 3 bedroom with 2.5 bath home. The house will be fully furnished, so all you need to worry about is your bedroom, unless of course you have other items you want to add to the common areas. We’re looking for a roommate who wants to live in a house with an emphasis on community. We like hosting small groups, having bonfires, and generally entertaining people.
The two women living here are early/late-twenties professionals who work on the Hill. We are ideally looking for a female who is clean, respectful, and is also welcoming and hospitable. Loving Jesus and serving people is important to us, as is maintaining a respectful and clean living environment.
The house is located just a few short blocks from lots of the great restaurants and along H Street, Safeway, CVS, ALDI, etc. Just 1 block from a H Street rail stop that can take you directly to Union Station and several other metro bus lines.
Rent is $770 and approximately $100 for utilities (water, electric, internet, etc.) each month. The private room is a den but has windows for natural lighting. The bathroom would be shared with 1 other roommate.
Final Note: We have a cat living in the house. He loves to cuddle and beg for food.
