• FURNISHED bedroom available in 5 bedrooms (one used
as an office), 2 1/2 bathrooms, renovated, well-maintained end-unit townhouse.
• FEMALE ONLY since upstairs bathroom shared with 2 other females.
• Asking $575/month, pro-rated as needed.
• Includes all utilities, wifi & TV, regular cleaning service, yard care services, etc.
• Shared common areas (with 3 other believing women), such as eat-in kitchen, living room, laundry room, etc.
• CAC, gas heat & whole house humidifier.
• Quiet neighborhood in Greenbelt, MD very close to Capitol Beltway & B/W Parkway.
• Plenty of free parking.
• Less than a block from MetroBus, PG County “The Bus” & Shuttle-UM bus stops.
• No overnight guests.
• Must like cats ;-)
• Security deposit of one month's rent required, but might accept installments.
• Current City of Greenbelt Rental License.
