Looking for Roommate, $1050, 2 Bedroom, 1 Full Bath - Georgetown!

Hey friends,

I am looking for a roommate to live in Georgetown with me: ).  I would love a solid Christian girl who is laid back, clean and open to other cultures.  The apt is in the heart of Georgetown on Wisconsin Ave, above Karen Miller.  It is a few doors down from the Apple Store and a 2 min walk to M St!  The apt is gorgeous with large bedrooms and beautiful natural light.  I am looking to move in asap in Sep/Oct and need to let my landlord know by this Friday.     

2 bedroom 1 full bath
Washer, dryer, dishwasher
Hardwood floors
Outdoor patio
Walk in closets
Rent $1050 per month (utilities already included)
Downpayment: $1050

If you have anyone you trust and recommend, please send them my info!
