CM ISO housing by September 11th

How are you? We have a room available in a CM apartment and a room available in a CM house - both in Columbia Heights.

The house room rents for $1000/ mo + util and the apartment room for 1050 + util.
My wife and I own both the house and house the apartment is in and both are on the same block.
Location (4 blocks to USA Mall Target, Best Buy, lots of food places)
4 blocks to metro
1 block to bus lines and bike share
7 blocks from National Zoo and Rock Creek Park.
8 blocks to U Street corridor
